Visitor Tips

Admission

Enter the Hockey Hall of Fame via our main entrance on the Shopping Concourse Level of Brookfield Place. We’re located in the southeast corner of the Concourse, adjacent to Starbucks. Please note that there is no public access through the front doors of the historic bank building at Yonge and Front Streets.

Summer months, Christmas, and March Break are the Hockey Hall of Fame's busiest peak periods. For a more intimate experience we suggest making a special trip during the non-peak season.

The Hockey Hall of Fame has no locker service or coat check available at this time.

Accessibility

Wheelchairs and strollers can reach every area in the Hockey Hall of Fame. For guests with wheelchairs and strollers there is an elevator located beside the steps to the Great Hall.

The Hockey Hall of Fame also has one wheelchair available for loan on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no charge for this service. Guest is required to leave a current valid Driver’s License or Passport. The ID will be returned to the guest when the wheelchair is returned. The wheelchair cannot leave the Hockey Hall of Fame premises.
